At La Cerreta we consider our natural spring's water that flows into the indoor and outdoor pools at 36/38° a way to communicate emotions, to instill energy and get back balance
With this motivation, we built a dreamy Spa Center, made with river stones, where water generates pleasure to body, senses and mind
We offer a natural wellness culture, to those who want to dedicate themselves a relaxing break or want to live a day or regenerating weekend, adding to these occasions light, energetic and genuine food
SPA timetable and prices
Swimming in pools with natural hot spring water with whirlpools
Turkish bath: hot steam bath with Color therapy and Aromatherapy, relaxing, detoxifying. Recommended time 15-20 minutes
Dry Heat Sauna: relaxing and detoxifying, to lighten tension and stress. Recommended time 10-15 minutes
Emotional Showers, water, colors and aromatic essences with a tonic effect
Kneipp method: different water temperatures, to energize feet and legs
We always recommend to do a pause from an ambient to another. herbal tea and relaxing sceslong included.
Rental Kit: bathrobe, towel, slippers and cap € 11.00
The Path has an approximate length of 3 hours
Allowed access to children aged 5 to 18 years if accompanied by a parent.
